产后避孕关爱服务在产妇中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨产后避孕关爱服务在降低孕妇分娩后短期非意愿再次妊娠率及提高纯母乳喂养率中的作用。方法选取2016年4月～2017年4月我院妇产科收治的66例健康产妇作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为实验组和对照组，每组各33例。对照组产妇给予常规产后健康教育，实验组产妇在对照组基础上给予产后避孕关爱服务，比较两组产妇的分娩后1年内落实避孕措施情况、1年内非意愿再次妊娠率、产后人工流产率及纯母乳喂养率。结果两组产妇均以避孕套及宫内节育环方式作为主要避孕措施。实验组产妇的避孕措施总落实率为93.94%，显著高于对照组的81.82%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组产妇的1年内非意愿再次妊娠率及产后人工流产率均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组产妇的母乳喂养率为81.82%，显著高于对照组的69.70%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论产妇分娩后给予产后避孕关爱服务能够显著降低孕妇分娩后短期非意愿再次妊娠率，明显提高纯母乳喂养率，效果显著，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the role of postpartum contraceptive care services in reducing the short-term unintended re-pregnancy rate and increasing exclusive breastfeeding rate of pregnant women after childbirth.Methods A total of 66 healthy puerpera who were admitted to the department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as research objects and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the method of random number table,33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine postpartum health education,and the experimental group was given postpartum contraceptive care services on the basis of the control group.The contraceptive measures implemented within one year after delivery,the rate of unintended repregnancy within one year,the rate of induced abortion and breastfeeding were compared between the two groups.Results Contraceptives and intrauterine birth control rings were used as the main contraceptive measures in the two groups.The total rate of contraceptive measures implemented in the experimental group was 93.94%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(81.82%),with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The rate of unintended re-pregnancy and the rate of induced abortion in the experimental group within one year were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The maternal breastfeeding rate of the experimental group was 81.82%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (69.70%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Postpartum contraceptive care services can significantly reduce the short-term unintended re-pregnancy rate of pregnant women after childbirth,significantly improve the rate of exclusive breastfeeding,and the effect is significant,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
