Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of nursing risk management in obstetrics and Gynecology delivery and neonatal care. Methods A total of 1600 delivery woman parturients delivered in our hospital from January to October 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 800 cases in each group.Nursing risk management was implemented in the experimental group and routine nursing management was implemented in the control group. The infection rate, the incidence of risk events and the total satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The infection rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of nursing defects, nursing disputes and accidents in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing care in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing risk management model in obstetrics and Gynecology delivery and neonatal care can effectively improve the quality of nursing, reduce the occurrence of nursing risk, and improve satisfaction.Nursing risk management has a certain promotion value in obstetrics and Gynecology delivery and neonatal care.
