ObjectiveTo analyze the factors influencing breastfeeding after cesarean section and nursing measures.Methods60 cases of cesarean section in our hospital from February 2014 to January 2016 were selected and were divided into two groups according to the responsibility group.Puerperas receivedtraditional nursing acted as the control group(n=30),while puerperas received targeted nursing acted as the observation group(n=30).The breastfeeding rate,nursing satisfaction and lactation score were compared betweeh two groups.ResultsThe breastfeeding rate(96.67%)and nursing satisfaction (100.00%)in 3 d after cesarean section in the observation group were higher than that in the control group(70.00%,70.00%).The lactation score in 48,72 h after cesarean section[(2.13±0.24),(2.75±0.63)points]were higher than those in the control group[(1.24±0.32),(1.82±0.34)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe analysis of breastfeeding factors after maternal cesarean section,and the implementation of targeted care,can improve their breastfeeding rate,nursing satisfaction and lactation score,the effect is remarkable,worthy of clinical practice in the promotion.
