Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the application value of personalized information support in primiparas, and to observe its effect on breastfeeding success rate and self-efficacy.MethodsEighty primipara who gave birth in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected in the study. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while patients in the observation group were given personalized information support. The scores of self-rating depression scale (SDS),breast-feeding knowledge,self-efficacy scale (GSES)and adaptability were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention, and the success rate of breast-feeding between the two groups before and after the intervention.ResultsBefore the intervention, there was no significant difference in GSES score and adaptability score between the two groups (P>0.05).After the intervention, the scores of GSES and adaptability in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, and the scores of GSES and adaptability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after the intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention, there was no significant difference between the two groups in SDS score and breast feeding knowledge score(P>0.05).After the intervention, the SDS scores of the two groups of patients were lower than those before the intervention and the scores of breast feeding knowledge were higher than those before the intervention. Moreover, the SDS scores of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of breast feeding knowledge were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the success rate of breast-feeding in the observation group was 90.00% (36/40),which was higher than 67.50% (29/40)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.021,P<0.05).ConclusionPersonalized information support can effectively improve negative emotions, which improve breastfeeding success rate and self-efficacy,and is worthy of promotion.
