对剖宫产初产妇实施母婴床旁护理的效果研究

摘要目的总结分析实施母婴床旁护理方案对行剖宫产的初产妇产生的影响。方法选取2016年1～12月我院收治的产妇100例作为研究对象，均为初产妇且行剖宫手术，随机分为对照组和观察组，各50例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用母婴床旁护理。比较两组产妇对护理方案的满意程度；比较两组产妇护理前后情绪状态和疼痛程度的变化情况；比较两组产妇对相关内容的掌握程度。结果观察组相关知识的掌握程度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护理总满意率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学有意义（P＜0.05）；护理后观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁和疼痛评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学有意义（P＜0.05）。结论母婴床旁护理模式值得在临床上广泛应用，其不仅有利于产妇相关知识的掌握，而且还能稳定产妇的情绪，减轻产妇的痛苦，提高产妇的满意程度，护理效果十分显著。

Abstract：Objective To summarize and analyze the influence of maternal infant bedside nursing program on primipara.Methods 100 primipara from January to December 2016 of our hospital were selected.All patients were primipara and underwent caesarean section.Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in control group were given general nursing,and patients in observation group were given maternal infant bedside nursing program.The satisfaction degree of the two groups of women on the nursing program was compared,and the changes of emotional state and degree of pain before and after nursing of the two groups were compared.The degree of mastery the related contents between the two groups was compared.Results The observation group master related knowledge level was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant;the nursing satisfaction rate in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant;after nursing,anxiety,depression and pain score in observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Mother infant bedside nursing mode is worth of widely used in clinic,which not only conducive maternal to master related knowledge,but also can stabilize the maternal mood,reduce maternal pain,improve the satisfaction degree of maternal care,and the nursing effect is very significant.
