Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of primipara of obstetrics and gynecology on nursing compliance and psychology after receiving nursing intervention.Methods A total of 148 primipara admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into study group and reference group,with 74 cases in each group.The study group was treated with targeted nursing intervention,while the reference group was treated with routine nursing.SDS and SAS scores,nursing compliance and pelvic floor recovery were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,the scores of SDS and SAS in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).69 cases(93.24%)of parturients in the observation group recovered their pelvic floor muscle strength to more than level 3,higher than 60 cases(81.08%)in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention for primiparous women can effectively improve the psychological status of the mothers and is conducive to obtaining higher compliance during the period of receiving pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing.
