Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of nursing intervention on deliverymode and breast feeding of primipara.M ethods300 primiparas in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into two groups by taking computer single blind groupingmethod,150 cases of primiparas in the observation group were given specific nursing intervention, while 150 cases in the control group were given routine nursing intervention.Thematernal cesarean section rate, labor time, postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal asphyxia, initial time of lactation, lactation yield and breast feeding were compared between two groups.ResultsThe cesarean section rate(19.33%)and neonatalasphyxia rate(1.33%)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(32.00%,6.67%);the labor time[(429.65±97.58)min]was shorter than that in the control group[(507.42±129.54)min];the amount of postpartum hemorrhage[(229.83±98.74)ml]was less than that in the control group[(345.69±137.35)ml];the time of postpartum lactation[(16.85±3.75)h]was shorter than that in the control group[(20.94±4.07)h];on the third and second days after lactation, the milk yield [(49.85±9.03),(169.78±32.57)ml]were more than those in the control group[(40.21±7.92),(134.69±20.29)ml];the success rate of breast feeding(83.33%,92.00%)were higher than those in the control group (73.33%,79.33%),and the differenceswere statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionTargeted nursing intervention is used for primipara, can effectively reduce cesarean section, improve vaginal delivery rate, help to ensurematernal and child outcomes, but also can effectively promote postpartum lactation, improve breastfeeding rate.
