Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of air-bag-forced midwifery unarmed fetal head in the vaginal delivery of dystocia.M ethodsFrom June 2015 to July 2016,88 cases of primiparous women in our hospital for delivery were selected as the study objects.According tomaternaladmission date, theywere divided into control group(admitted to themorning,42 cases)and the experimental group(admitted to the afternoon,46 cases). The control group was given routine childbirth care, the experimental group was given the air-bag-forced assisted hand rotten fetal head childbirth care. The mode of delivery and labor, birth canal injury, postpartum complications of patients in two groups were observed.ResultsThe cesarean section rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the time of the first, second stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the experimental group was shorten than that in the control group, the differenceswere statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the third stage of labor(P>0.05).The perineal incision,Ⅰ degree perineal laceration,Ⅱ degree perineal laceration of experimental group were accounted for 4.35%,17.39%,8.70%and 6.52%,respectively,which was lower than that of the control group (7.14%,38.10%,19.05%and 16.67%).The total incidence of postpartum complicationswas 30.43%in the experimental group, which was lower than that in the control group, the differencewas statistically significant (P<0.05);the neonatal asphyxia of experimental group accounted for 2.17%,the control group accounted for 9.52%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionAir-bag-forced midwifery rotating the fetal head in the dystocia of the head of vagina is helpful to reduce thematernal pain, shorten the labor and reduce the complication in the dystocia of vaginal delivery.
