Abstract:Objective To compare the clinical effects of vaginal hysteromyoma removal and laparoscopic myomectomy for uterine fibroids. Methods Eighty patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to January 2019 were selected as subjects.According to random number table method, they was divided into control group (n=40)and observation group(n=40).In the control group, laparoscopic myomectomy was performed.Patients in the observation group were treated with vaginal hysteromyoma removal. The therapeutic effects, perioperative related indicators, serum sex hormone levels and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the two groups were higher than those before surgery and estradiol was lower than that before surgery, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in E2 and FSH between the two groups at 6 months after operation (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate and adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Both vaginal hysteromyoma removal and laparoscopic myomectomy have significant effects in the treatment of uterine fibroids. The vaginal hysteromyoma removal surgery has a short operation time and less intraoperative blood loss.Yin-type uterine fibroids removal is the preferred treatment option.
