Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of hysteroscopic electrotomy in the treatment of infertility of endometrial polyps. Methods A total of 90 cases of infertile patients with endometrial polyps treated in our hospital were selected from January 2017 to June 2018.They were divided into hysteroscopic electrotomy group (45 cases) and hysteroscopic curettage group (45 cases) according to random number table method.Hysteroscopic electrotomy group was treated with electrotomy, hysteroscopic curettage group was treated with curettage. The clinical efficacy, occurrences of vaginal bleeding, recurrence and pregnancy, menstrual volumes and endometrial thickness of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the hysteroscopic hysterectomy group was 97.8% (44/45),higher than that of the hysteroscopic curettage group for 88.9% (40/45) (P<0.05).The recurrence rate were lower than that of the hysteroscopic curettage group (P<0.05),the pregnancy rate was higher than that of the hysteroscopic curettage group (P<0.05),the menstrual volume was less than that of the hysteroscopic curettage group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic electrotomy is more effective than curettage in the treatment of infertility with endometrial polyps,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
