Application effect of layered nursing intervention in patients with hemodialysis

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of layered nursing intervention in hemodialysis(HD)patients.Methods A total of 60 HD patients treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursingmethod,while the study group was given layered nursing intervention.The clinical nursing satisfaction of two groups of HD patients,including self-rating anxity scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores and post-nursing nursing quality score were compared between two groups.Results The total clinical nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The SASand SDS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group after nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of basic nursing,professional skills,nursing safety,ward management and nursing documents in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of layered nursing intervention in clinical nursing of HD patients is effective.
