Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of targete health education in pregnant women with pregnancy complications.Methods Seventy-four pregnant women with complications admitted to Lushan People′s Hospital from February 2018 to June 2019 were selected as subjects of study.All caseswere divided into control group and observation group according to different nursingmethods,37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.Based on this,the observation group was given targeted health education.The Breast feeding awareness score,breastfeeding rate,total incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction score were compared between two groups.Results The importance of breast feeding in the observation group,the scientific breast feeding method,the effect of breastmilk on the newborn,and the lactation scores were higher than that those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the breast feeding rate of the observation group was 81.1%,higher than that of the control group for 54.1%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In thematernal nursing of pregnancy complications,the application of obstetric nursing staff to targete health education has positive significance for improving breast feeding awareness score and breast feeding rate,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
