Abstract:Objective To explore the application of targeted nursing intervention in patients with gout. Methods Eighty gout patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)by different nursingmethods.Routine nursing was used in the control group, and in the observation group, targeted nursing based on the specific conditionswas applied. The levels of blood uric acid and inflammatory factors after intervention were compared between the two groups. The changes of disease self-management ability after intervention were analyzed. Results The blood uric acid level in the observation group was lower than that before the intervention and in the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-1(IL-1)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistical differences(P<0.05).In the observation group, the scores of daily living self-care,symptomatic self-treatment,self-disposal on medication, psychological self-regulation and social interaction ability score after intervention were higher than those of the control group, with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention for gout patients can effectively improve the self-management ability of the disease, reduce the levels of serum uric acid and inflammatory factors, and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
