Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of hierarchical nursing management in patients with ST-segment elevationmyocardial infarction(STEMI).Methods A total of 80 cases with STEMIadmitted to our hospital from April 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group. The control group received routine responsibility system nursing, while the observation group received hierarchical nursing management intervention. The incidence of angina pectoris was compared.Echocardiography indexes, blood biochemical indexes and changes of New York heart function(NYHA)after the intervention were counted, and the disease self-management ability and quality of life scores of the two groups after the intervention were analyzed. Results During the intervention, the incidence of angina pectoris in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the duration of angina pectoris in the observation group was also shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)level in the echocardiogram index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the central atrial natriuretic peptide(BPN)level in the blood biochemical index was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the NYHA rating was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the disease self-management ability score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical nursing management for acute STEMI can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, relieve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve cardiac function, improve cardiac ejection capacity and reducemyocardial injury, and is also of great significance for improving the disease-related knowledge of patients and improving the quality of life.
