Abstract:Objective To investigate the application value of Dydrogesterone in the treatment of early threatened abortion. Methods Sixty patients with early threatened abortion from January 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital were enrolled in the study. They were divided into two groups by block randomization method, namely experimental group (n=30)and control group (n=30).In the control group,Intramuscular Injection of Progesterone was used, while in the experimental group, oral administration of Dydrogesterone was given. The treatment success rate of the two groups for early threatened abortion patients was compared. The serum progesterone levels 6,7,8,9,and 10 weeks after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared. Results The success rate of early threatened abortion patients in the experimental group was 86.67%,which was not significantly different from that in the control group accounting for 83.33% (P>0.05).The serum progesterone levels 7,8,9,and 10 weeks after treatment were higher compared with those 6 weeks after treatment in both groups (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the serum progesterone level 6,7,8,9,and 10 weeks after treatment between the two groups (P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions did not display statistical significance between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with early threatened abortion receive dexamethasone treatment can obtain a favorable therapeutic effect, and its medication is simple, safe and reliable.
