Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in negative emotions of hospitalized patients with hypertension. Methods 106 cases of hypertension patients in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the research object.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,53 cases in each group. The control group was received routine nursing, while the observation group was received evidence-based nursing intervention. The effects of SAS,SDS score, incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction on the two groups were compared.ResultsBefore intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups(P>0.05);the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups after intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 3.77%(2 cases)significantly lower than that of the control group(18.87%)(10 cases),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction(96.23%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.35%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention can effectively eliminate negative emotions in patients with hypertension, avoid the occurrence of adverse events, and also improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing service.
