Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in conservative treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the research subjects, they were divided into control group(50 cases) and the treatment group (50 cases) according to the random grouping method.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group was given traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy, and the Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction was taken orally on the basis of the control group, the treatment was given for 3 weeks and followed up for 6 months.The total incidence of complications after treatment, cardiac function index, blood pressure index, C-reactive protein, white blood cell count, myoglobin, aspartate aminotransferase and brain natriuretic peptide levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in heart rate, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and the levels of C-reactive protein, white blood cell count, myoglobin, aspartate aminotransferase, and brain natriuretic peptide were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The conservative treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with western medicine can reduce the incidence of complications after treatment, improve the patients′ left ventricular ejection fraction and clinical related indicators, reduce the related indicators of inflammatory response, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
