Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound examination in the choice of delivery mode for scar uterus pregnancy. Methods A total of 60 cases of pregnant women with scar uterus admitted to our center from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as research objects.According to different ultrasonic examination results, they were divided into grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲand Ⅳscar groups, there were 20, 20, 10, 10 cases respectively. And 60 normal parturients in the same period admitted to our center were selected as the control group. The delivery methods,operation-related indexes, postoperative complications, neonatal asphyxia and the thickness of the lower uterine forearm were compared among the groups. Results The cesarean section rate of grade Ⅱ, Ⅲand Ⅳscar group were higher than that of the control group and grade Ⅰscar group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss and 24 h postpartum blood loss of parturients in grade Ⅱ, Ⅲand Ⅳscar group were all higher than those in the control group and grade Ⅰscar group, the operation time were longer than that in the control group and grade Ⅰscar group, the incidence of incomplete uterine rupture were higher than that in the control group and gradeⅠscar group, and the incidence of poor incision healing were higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The total incidence of neonatal asphyxia in grade Ⅲand Ⅳscar group were higher than that in other groups, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared with the thickness of the lower segment of the anterior wall of uterus, grade Ⅳscar group <gradeⅢscar group <grade Ⅱscar group <grade I scar group <control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic examination technology has guiding significance in the choice of delivery mode for pregnant women with scar uterus, and is worthy of application and promotion.
