Research progress of elastography technology on donor evaluation of liver transplantation

Abstract:Liver transplantation is the most effective method for end-stage liver disease,and the quality of donor is crucial to the success of the operation.CT,MRI and conventional ultrasound can assess the donor status,but have limitations.Elastography is a new method of noninvasive detection of tissue hardness,which can monitor the elastic hardness of the liver,and is widely used in the evaluation of liver diseases and liver transplantation.In this paper,the imaging evaluation methods of liver transplantation and the development of elastography,the application of liver lesions and liver transplantation were reviewed,and highlight its advantages of assessment of donor quality in liver transplantation and prospect of application.
