Abstract:ObjectiveTo discuss the application value and specific effects of transvaginal ultrasound examination in the physical examination of women before pregnancy.Methods650 women who were given transvaginal ultrasonography before pregnancy from June 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital were randomly selected.According to the age group,those women were divided into group A(under 25 years of age,89 cases),group B(25 to 29 years of age,229 cases),group C(30 to 34 years of age,258 cases),group D (more than 34 years of age,74 cases).The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,and the positive detection rate and disease detection rate were compared among the four groups of women before pregnancy.ResultsThe detection rate of transvaginal ultrasonography was high,of which 86 cases were uterine leiomyoma,accounting for 43%of all cases;73 cases were cervical cysts,accounting for 36.5%;pelvic effusion were in 14 cases, accounting for 7.0%;annex cysts were in 27 cases,accounting for 13.5%.A total of 200 cases were observed abnormal, and the remaining 450 cases of women in transvaginal ultrasound examination were without obvious diseases.ConclusionRegular health checkups for females can significantly improve the detection rate of disease.Early treatment of gynecological diseases can help prepare for pregnancy,and transvaginal ultrasound examination is simple,accurate,and harmless,which has a significant clinical value in women′s physical examination.
