Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of pregnant women school training model on improving pregnant care cognition and self-care ability.Methods 60 pregnant women with routine pregnant school training in our hospital from July to December 2016 were selected as control group,and 60 pregnant women with improved pregnant school training model in our hospital from July to December 2017 were selected as observation group.The control group was given routine pregnant school training model,the observation group was given improved pregnant school training model.The pregnant care cognition,self-care ability,delivery mode of two groups before and after intervention were compared.ResultsBefore intervention,the scores of pregnant care cognition,self-care ability of two groups were compared,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of pregnant care cognition,self-care ability in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the cesarean section rate was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnant women school training model could improve pregnant care cognition and self-care ability,decrease the cesarean section rate,guarantee maternal and child health,hich has clinical promotional value.
