Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on cognitive behavior and delivery outcome of pregnant women.Methods Pregnant women accepted antenatal examinations and admission delivery in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects and they were divided into control group and study group.Control group was given routine nursing,while study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of control group.Cognition of delivery knowledge,delivery mode,stage of labor and neonatal condition between two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the good and excellent rate of cognition of delivery method in study group(57.89%)was significantly higher than that in control group(26.31%)(P<0.05).The delivery mode in study group was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05).The natural childbirth in each total stage and the total stage of labor in study group were shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).Apgar score in study group was significantly better than that in control group(61.06%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of prenatal comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the cognition of delivery,help to promote natural childbirth and shorten the childbirth process,which can effectively guarantee the maternal and infant health and improve the safety and it is worthy of popularization and application.
