Abstract:Objective To explore the applicationeffect of comprehensive nursing managementin fetuses and neonates with digestive system diseases during perioperative period.Methods From July 2015 to November 2016,a total of 164 neonates with digestive diseases in our hospital were evenly divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of admission,with 82 cases in each group.In the control group,postoperative routine nursing was used,while in the experimental group,they were given the comprehensive nursing management of seamless connection of fetus and neonate with maternal and fetal specialties including pregnancy care,prenatalintervention,neonatal nursing during birth, nursing before and after neonatal surgery,and follow-up visits.The surgical effect,average hospital stay,average hospitalization cost and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results In the experimental group, the cure rate and satisfaction by pediatric patient′s families which were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The average hospital stay and average hospitalization cost in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion For fetuses and neonates with digestive system diseases during perioperative period,comprehensive nursing management can effectively decrease neonatal mortality and morbidity,and improve the quality of life of neonates.It can also increase the cure rate and the satisfaction rate of the fetal families.It is great significance to shorten the average hospitalstay,reduce hospitalization cost,and lessen down the burden of family members,which is worthy of application and promotion in the whole city.
