Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy for the treatment of uterine myoma. Methods 200 cases of hysteromyoma in our hospital from July 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional laparotomy, and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was significantly lesser than that in the control group, and the time of operation, the time of the first evacuation and the length of hospitalization were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications was 4.00%in the observation group and 21.00%in the control group. The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).The residual rate of uterine fibroids in the control group and observation group, recurrence rate, pregnancy rate difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic myomectomy hysterectomy for the treatment of uterine fibroids,to ensure the prognosis, optimize surgical indicators, reduce the incidence of complications,to ensure surgical results, promote the use of high value.
