Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of cervical ring electrotomy on the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions. Methods A total of 76 patients with cervical precancerous lesions who were admitted to our hospital from February 2013 to February 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,38 cases in each group. The control group was given routine surgery and the observation group was given cervical ring electrotomy.Perioperative indicators, treatment outcomes, incidence of complications, and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, vaginal discharge duration, and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.37%,which significantly higher than 86.84% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.26%,the recurrence rate was 2.63%,which was lower than 23.68% and 15.79% of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cervical ring electrotomy to cervical precancerous lesions has the advantages of small trauma, simple operation, excellent prognosis, high safety and extremely high clinical application and popularization value.
