Abstract:[Abstract]Objective To investigate the influence of Low Molecular Weight Heparin on hypercoagulable state and perinatal outcome in patients with early onset severe pre-eclampsia.Methods A total of 72 patients with early-onset severe pre-eclampsia who were treated in our hospital from May 2014 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,36 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with Low Molecular Weight Heparin on the basis of the control group. The coagulation function related indicators, perinatal outcomes and complications were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results There were no significant differences in the indexes of coagulation function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The prothrombin time and activated partial thrombin time in the observation group after treatment were longer than those in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of fibrinogen,D-dimer and the weight of the newborn between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group, the 1 minute Apgar score of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Low Molecular Weight Heparin in the treatment of early-onset severe pre-eclampsia patients is safe, which help to improve blood hypercoagulability and perinatal outcomes, has a certain positive promotion value.
