Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of early and late onset of severe preeclampsia on maternal and infant prognosis. Methods A total of 156 patients with severe preeclampsia admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled as subjects, they were divided into early onset group (early onset severe preeclampsia,59 cases)and late onset group (late onset of severe preeclampsia,97 cases) according to their gestational age.Clinical data such as blood pressure level, duration of termination, treatment time, and the way of ending the delivery were collected, the incidence of complications and perinatal outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the early onset group were higher than those of the late onset group, the duration of termination was shorter than that of the late onset group, the treatment time in the early onset group was longer than that of the late onset group, the way of ending the delivery was worse than that of the late onset group, the rate of therapeutic induction of labor was higher than that of the late onset group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rates of complications such as eclampsia, liver and kidney function injury, hypoproteinemia and placental abruption in the early onset group were higher than those in the late onset group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).In the early onset group, the incidence of fetal growth restriction, premature delivery, low birth weight, fetal asphyxia, and perinatal mortality were higher than those of the late onset group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with patients with late onset severe preeclampsia, patients with early onset severe preeclampsia have an early gestational age,a high incidence of complications,a poor perinatal outcome and a more serious condition. Therefore, clinical should strengthen the monitoring of blood pressure in pregnancy,to achieve early prevention, early detection, early intervention,in order to improve the prognosis of mother and child.
