中医针灸联合康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫的临床效果

摘要目的探讨中医针灸联合康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月～2018年10月我院收治的60 例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组各30 例。对照组施行常规康复治疗，观察组在对照组基础上施行中医针灸治疗。比较两组的神经功能缺损程度、肌力情况、肢体运动功能、日常生活能力及生活质量。结果治疗后，两组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分均低于治疗前，观察组的NIHSS 评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组的徒手肌力检查法（MMT）、Fugle-Meyer 运动功能评定量表（FMA）、日常生活活动量表（ADL）评分均高于治疗前，观察组的MMT、FMA、ADL评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的生理、心理、环境、社会关系领域评分均高于治疗前，且观察组患者的生理、心理、环境、社会关系领域评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中医针灸联合康复治疗可有效改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的神经功能、肌力、肢体功能及日常生活能力，有利于提升其生活质量。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of hemiplegia after cerebral apoplexy.Methods A total of 60 hemiplegia after cerebral apoplexy patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the study objects, they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment, and the observation group received TCM acupuncture and moxibustion treatment on the basis of the control group.The degree of nerve function defect, muscle strength, limb motor function, daily living ability and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the national institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS) scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, while the NIHSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment, the manual muscal test (MMT),Fugle-Meyer motor fuction scale (FMA), activities of daily living (ADL) scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, while the MMT, FMA, ADL scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment, the scores in the fields of physiological,psychological, environmental and social relations of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion TCM acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve the neurological function, muscle strength, limb function and ADL of cerebral apoplexy patients with hemiplegia, which is beneficial to the improvement of their quality of life.
