Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of mindfulness decompression nursing on negative emotions of elderly stroke(CAV)patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS).Methods From June 2017 to December 2018,84 elderly CAV patients with OSAHS admitted to our hospital were selected, they were divided into observation group(42 cases) and control group (42 cases) by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received mindfulness decompression nursing.Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,Five facet mindfulness questionnaire(FFMQ)score and profile of mood states(POMS-SF)score were compared between two groups,to understand the patient′s anxiety, negative emotions. Results After intervention, HAMA score in the observation group were lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The POMS score of observation group was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).FFMQ score was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Mindfulness decompression nursing can effectively reduce patients′ anxiety, improve mindfulness thinking and self-efficacy.
