Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between treatment compliance and disease control in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods 120 patientswith adult bronchial asthma from April 2013 to April 2015 in our hospitalwere treated and selected as the object,medication compliance questionnaire,the most recent remission period(LRP),adult asthma quality of life score(AQLQ),asthma control test(ACT)grade etc,the treatment compliance of the patients and its correlation with disease control statuswere analyzed.Results 76 patients(63.3%)with good compliance of drug therapy;44 patients(36.7%)with poor compliance of drug treatment.In patients with good compliance,the number of complete control of the disease was significantly higher than that of the patients with poor treatment compliance.The treatment compliance of the patients was positively correlated with the scores of quality of life of the patients.LRP of patientswith poor treatment compliancewas(2.3±0.5)months,the treatment compliance of patientswith LRPwas(8.2±1.0)months,with the significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Good treatment compliance in patientswith bronchial asthma is helpful for disease control,can better improve the quality of life of patients,improve the overall treatment effect.
