Abstract：Objective To discuss the role of nurse hierarchical management mode in improving the quality of nursing management.Methods A total of 100 cases of internal medicine from January to June 2017 were selected for the before implementation group,and 100 cases from July to December 2017 for the after implementation group.A total of 24 nurses were involved.Before implementation,routine nursing management mode and nursing method were adopted,and nurse hierarchical management mode was adopted after implementation.Patients′ total nursing satisfaction,total incidence of adverse events,nurses′ nursing quality,nurses′ professional knowledge score and nursing operation score were compared before and after implementation.Results The scores of basic nursing,ward nursing and quality nursing in the after implementation group were higher than those before implementation group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After the implementation group,nurses′ professional knowledge score and nursing operation score were higher than those before the implementation group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After the implementation group,the total incidence of adverse events was lower than that before implementation group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Patients′ total satisfaction after implementation group was higher than that of before implementation group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The nurse hierarchical management mode can significantly improve the quality of nursing,improve patient satisfaction and reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events.
