Abstract:Objective To explore the application of high quality nursing in patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 80 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to July 2019 were selected. They were divided into control group (n=40) and experimental group (n=40) according to the sequence of admission time. Patients in the control group received routine nursing, and in the experimental group, high quality nursing was adopted. The health knowledge awareness score, clinical symptom score, compliance, nursing satisfaction, and quality of life were compared in the two groups. Results The health knowledge awareness score, compliance, total nursing satisfaction, and quality of life score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group with statistical differences(P<0.05). The clinical symptom score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing for patients with schizophrenia can not only improve the health knowledge and compliance, but also alleviate clinical symptoms and improve the satisfaction of nursing, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
