Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of whole body rehabilitation massage on urinary retention in pregnant women. Methods A total of 200 women who gave birth in our hospital from January to December 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,100 cases in each group. In the control group, the postpartum patients were given routine nursing management. On the basis of this, the experimental group added the whole body rehabilitation massage, the total incidence of maternal complications and urinary retention were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of dysuria in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Earlymaternal rehabilitation massage aftermaternal delivery can effectively prevent postpartum dysuria or urinary retention, and reduce the incidence of other complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
