Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation of surgical(FTS)concept in the perioperative period of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods A total of 56 patients with LC in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the subjects of study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=28)and the control group(n=28).The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given FTS concept.The clinical indexes,total incidence of complications and quality of life(QOL)score were compared between the two groups.Results The fasting time,exhaust time,bedtime and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The physiological function,material life,social function and psychological function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In perioperative period,the patients with LC are carried out the nursing work based on the FTS nursing concept,it can shorten fasting time,exhaust time,bed stay and stay,reduce the incidence of complications,is beneficial to the improvement of the quality of the patient′s life,it is worth popularizing.
