Abstract:Objective To evaluate the perioperative nursing value of trans-abdominal rectus approach for the treatment of complex pelvic acetabular fractures. Methods Thirty patients with complex pelvic acetabular fractures treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2019 were selected. They were divided into observation group (n=15) and control group(n=15) by central random method. The two groups were treated by pararectus abdominis approach. The observation group received perioperative nursing, while the control group received routine health guidance. Nursing satisfaction, hospitalization time, functional score and incidence of complications were compared. Results The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the hip function score was higher than that of the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications of the observation groups was lower than that of the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with complicated pelvic acetabular fractures treated with transabdominal rectus approach, combined with nursing intervention, are conducive to the improvement of satisfaction, the reduction of the incidence of complications, it has clinical promotion value.
