Abstract:Objective To explore the application of targeted comprehensive nursing in the anesthesia recovery of patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods Eighty patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery in anesthesia recovery from June 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into reference group (n=40) and experimental group (n=40) according to the random number table method. In the reference group, basic nursing intervention was used, and in the experimental group, targeted comprehensive nursing intervention was adopted. The clinical nursing satisfaction, incidence of agitation and hypoxemia, heart rate, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, and anxiety scores of the two groups were compared. Results The total satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group, the heart rate, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, and anxiety scores were lower than those of the reference group, the degree of agitation was less than the reference group, the incidence of hypoxemia was lower than the reference group with statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of targeted comprehensive nursing intervention in gynecological laparoscopic surgery during anesthesia recovery can reduce the incidence of agitation and improve adverse mood and blood pressure.
