多元化护理干预在手、足外伤患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨多元化护理干预在手、足外伤患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年9月～2018年11月我院收治的116 例手、足外伤患者作为研究对象，按照分层随机法分为观察组（58 例）和对照组（58 例）。观察组采用多元化护理干预，对照组采用传统护理干预，比较两组生活质量评分（生活满意度、精力指数、健康指数）、并发症发生率、功能恢复优良率指标。结果护理后，观察组生活满意度、精力指数、健康指数评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组功能恢复优良率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论多元化护理干预方法可有效减少手、足外伤患者并发症发生率，保证患者功能恢复良好，值得临床推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of diversified nursing intervention in patients with hand and foot trauma.Methods A total of 116 cases of hand and foot trauma wounds admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to November 2018 were selected as study subjects.According to the stratified randomization method, they were divided into observation group (58 cases) and the control group (58 cases).The observation group used diversified nursing intervention, and the control group used traditional nursing intervention, the quality of life scores (life satisfaction, energy index, health index), complication rate, and functional recovery rate were compared between two groups.Results Life satisfaction, energy index and health index score of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The excellent rate of functional recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified nursing intervention methods can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients with hand and foot trauma, and ensure that patients′ function recovery is good.It is worthy of promotion.
