Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of bone trauma. Methods A total of 94 patients with bone trauma treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects, and divided into study group and comparsion group by random number table method, with 47 cases in each group. The study group was treated with closed negative pressure drainage. The comparison group was treated with routine dressing change. The clinical indexes, therapeutic effect and adverse reaction rate were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The number of changes of medicine, length of stay, hospitalization expenses, and healing time in the study group were better than those in the comparison group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the comparison group, with significant statistical difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(6.38%)was lower than that in comparison group(25.53%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionTrauma patients with the clinical effect of closed negative pressure drainage treatment is better, which can shorten in-hospital time, avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions, for patient rehabilitation as soon as possible, and should be popularized and applied widely in the actual treatment.
