Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of systematic nursing intervention in severe pancreatitis during continuous blood purification therapy.Methods A total of 100 patients with severe pancreatitis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 with continuous blood purification therapy were selected as the subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, 50 patients in each group.The patients in control group were given routine clinical nursing and the patients in observation group were intervened by systematic nursing.The incidence of complications, the improvement of symptoms and the changes of physical signs were compared between the two groups.Results The body temperature, respiratory rate, heart rate, serum amylase value and the total incidence of complications and APACHEⅡscores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the blood oxygen saturation was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of systematic nursing intervention in the treatment of severe pancreatitis with continuous blood purification can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of the patients and reduce the incidence of complications.It has great clinical application and promotion value.
