早期情志护理模式在老年脑胶质瘤术后患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探究早期情志护理模式在老年脑胶质瘤术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年1月1日～2019年2月1日收治的73例行脑胶质瘤手术的患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为试验组（37例）、对照组（36例），试验组采用早期情志护理方法，对照组采用常规护理方法。比较两组护理前后的自护能力、应激反应以及对护理干预依从的影响。结果试验组护理后的Zung 氏焦虑量表（SAS）、Zung 氏抑郁量表（SDS）评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组护理后的自我护理能力测定量表（ESCA）评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组患者的总依从性高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论早期情志护理干预对脑胶质瘤患者术后的应激反应的作用确切，可有效地缓解不良应激，提高患者自护能力，同时还能提高患者的依从性，值得在临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the application effect of early emotional nursing model in elderly patients with glioma after surgery.Methods A total of 73 patients with glioma surgery from January 1, 2018 to February 1, 2019 were selected as the research objects, all the patients were divided into experimental group (37 cases) and control group(36 cases) according to the random number table method.The experimental group adopted early emotional nursing method, and the control group adopted conventional nursing method.The self-care ability, stress response before and after nursing, and compliance with nursing intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of Zung′s anxiety scale (SAS) and Zung′s depression scale (SDS) in the experimental group after nursing were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The exercise of self-care agency scale (ESCA) score of the experimental group after nursing was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total compliance of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Early emotional nursing intervention has definite effect on postoperative stress response of glioma patients after operation, which can effectively relieve adverse stress, improve the self-care ability of patients, and also improve the compliance of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
