Abstract：Objective To investigate the survival situation and prognostic factors of the glioma patients treated with radiotherapy after surgery.Methods The clinical data of 53 patients with glioma treated in our hospital from November 2004 to February 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.Kaplan Meier method was used for survival analysis,and Cox model was used for univariate and multivariate analysis.Results The survival rates at 1,2,5 years were 66.0%,45.3%and 24.5%,respectively.The median survival was 20 months.Univariate analysis showed that age,KPS score and WHO grade were associated with overall survival(P＜0.05).Multivariate analysis indicated that KPS score and WHO grade were independent prognostic factors(P＜0.05).Conclusion KPS＞70 points and low WHO grade are independent prognostic factors for glioma patients.
