Abstract:Objective To study the influence of individual and collective interventions on the quality of life in hemodialysis maintenance (MHD)patients.Methods A total of 330 MHD patients who were admitted to our hospital from February to May in 2017 were randomly divided into 3 groups,110 cases in each group.In control groupⅠ,routine nursing was used,in control groupⅡ,individualized nursing intervention was applied,and in observation group,collective nursing intervention was adopted.The Concise Health Questionnaire(SF-36)on quality of life,KDQOL-SFTM scale,and changes of quality of life before and after intervention were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in SF-36 or KDQOL-SFTM scoring among the three groups(P>0.05).After nursing,SF-36 and KDQOL-SFTM scoring in the observation and control groupⅡ were higher compared with those in control groupⅠ.What′s more,the scores of SF-36 and KDQOL-SFTM in the observation group were higher than those in the contro1 groupⅡ,which were displayed statistical significance between inter-group comparisons,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The individual or collective intervention has a significant clinical effect on the quality of life in MHD patients,and can effectively improve their quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
