Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical value of pre-and post-partition maternal births.Methods A total of 400 pregnant women were hospitalized in the maternity ward of our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016.They were divided into two groups according to the hospitalization number and double number,200 cases in each group.In the control group,the mothers were wore general maternal sickness clothes,and the observation group was wore maternity clothes before and after wearing.A survey was conducted on two groups of pregnant women to find out the maternal comfort,wear time,maternal breastfeeding,style satisfaction and other issues.Results The maternal comfort of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The wear time was significantly shorter than that of the control group.The maternal lactation related indicators were significantly better than the control group,and the style satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05）.Conclusion It is effective to increase maternal comfort,shorten wear time,reduce lumbar and abdomen cold,wound pain and privacy exposure,and have high clinical value.Promote use.
