Abstract:Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical application value of routine prenatal examination combined with C reaction protein(CRP)and thyroid function detection in parturients. Methods A total of 160 cases of parturients and who received prenatal examination in our hospital from December 2015 to May 2017 were randomly included into the discussion, and were received routine prenatal examination combined with CRP and thyroid function detection. And were grouped according to the results, which the simple CRP level abnormal group, the simple thyroid dysfunction group, abnormal combination of abnormal CRP and thyroid function of combined abnormal group, the control group with two normal indexes,40 cases in each group. Then, the status of parturients and foetuses between each group were compared and analyzed.ResultsThe condition of two groups of newborns were compared, including stillbirth, asphyxia of the newborn, malformation of the newborn and so on.And the incidence of combined abnormal group was 20.00%,which was higher than that in the simple CRP group of 15.00%,simple thyroid dysfunction abnormal group of 8.00%and control group of 1.25%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The simple CRP abnormal group was 15.00%.which was higher than that the simple thyroid dysfunction group of 8.00%and the control group of 1.25%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The simple thyroid dysfunction group was 8.00%,which was higher than that in the control group of 1.25%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that the parturient should receive CRP and thyroid function detection when receiving routine prenatal examination, which in order to find out whether the pregnant women have the high risk pregnancy factors in time, and it is beneficial effect on the adoption of corresponding interventions, and to further ensure the safety of mother and child.
