Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation in postpartum pelvic floor muscle function recovery. Methods A total of 500 primiparae with pelvic floor dysfunction admitted in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected and their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.A total of 250 cases of pelvic floor rehabilitation training with vaginal dumbbell were used as control group.A total of 250 patients with vaginal dumbbell training and biofeedback electric stimulation were used as the observation group. The recovery effects of pelvic floor muscle were observed and compared between the two groups after 5 days and 3 months of treatment. Results The muscle voltage of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 3 months postpartum(P<0.05),and the muscle strength of the pelvic floor in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 3 months postpartum, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction with biofeedback electric stimulation combined with vaginal dumbbell can obviously improve the pelvic floor organ function and prevent pelvic floor dysfunction effectively. It is worth popularizing.
