Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of balloon bionic midwifery on epidural analgesia in the second stage of labor for analgesic delivery. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,220 pregnant women admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects.By random number table method, they were divided into control group (routine midwifery) and observation group (balloon bionic midwifery),110 cases in each group. The use of Oxytocin, time of the second stage of labor, outcome of delivery and situation of the newborns were compared between two groups. Results The stage of labor in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the Oxytocin utilization rate was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The delivery outcome in the observation group was superior to that of the control group, the postpartum hemorrhage rate was lower than that of the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05).The asphyxia rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of balloon bionic midwifery during the second stage of labor for epidural anesthesia and analgesic delivery can greatly reduce the cesarean delivery rate and the asphyxia rate of the newborns, facilitate the delivery process, and increase the maternal delivery success rate.
