Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of painless delivery technology on the delivery process and pregnancy outcome. Methods A total of 585 primiparous women who gave birth in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as research objects, they were divided into observation group(n=285)and control group(n=300)according to different delivery techniques. Puerper in the observation group performed painless labor, while those in the control group performed routine labor. The pain score, the time of labor, the rate of cesarean section, the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and the incidence of neonatal asphyxia were compared between the two groups. Results The pain scores of the observation group during delivery and suture wounds were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the first, second, and third stage of labor between the two groups (P>0.05). The cesarean section rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Painless delivery technology can obviously reduce the pain of parturient and suture wound, reduce the rate of cesarean section, at the same time, it will not affect the delivery process, and will not increase the risk of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia. It is worthy of clinical application.
