Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of prenatal and postpartum comprehensive nursing on the feeding pattern and breast milk secretion of primipara. Methods A total of 500 primipara who delivered in our hospital from January to June 2018 were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,250 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, the study group received prenatal and postpartum comprehensive nursing. The feeding mode, lactation volume and total nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The breast-feeding rates of the study group and control group were 96.00% and 75.60%,respectively.The breastfeeding situation of the study group was better than that of the control group (χ2=42.700,P=0.000);the breast-milk secretion of the study group was more than that of the control group (P<0.05);the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was 98.80%,which was higher than that in the control group (84.80%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Prenatal and postpartum carenursing for primipara can improve breast milk secretion and breast-feeding rate, help to promote the healthy growth of newborns, and has better clinical application value.
