Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Omeprazole and Octreotide combined with Kangfuxin Solution in the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods A total of 100 cases of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into study group and control group by random number table method, 50 cases in each group.Patients in the study group were treated with Omeprazole and Octreotide combined with Kangfuxin Solution, while patients in the control group were treated with Omeprazole alone. The hemostasis time, hospitalization time, rebleeding rate, total success rate of hemostasis, total incidence of adverse reactions and total effective rate of treatment were evaluated. Results The hemostasis time ([19.52±5.73]h) and hospitalization time ([7.12±1.36]d) in the study group were both shorter than those in the control group ([46.05±6.38]h, [13.17±1.62]d), with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The total effective rate(98.00%) and the total success rate of hemostasis (100.00%) in the study group were higher than those in the control group (86.00%, 90.00%), with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions (6.00%) and the rebleeding rate (4.00%) in the study group were lower than those in the control group(20.00%, 18.00%), with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole and Octreotide combined with Kangfuxin Solution can effectively hemostasis, shorten hospitalization time, avoid adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting, and reduce the rate of rebleeding in patients with acute upper digestive hemorrhage. It is safe to improve the success rate of hemostasis, improve the prognosis of patients and improve the quality of life.It is worthy of clinical application.
