Effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with pelvic floor electrical stimulation and biofeedback treating uterine prolapse with weakness of qi and blood

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with pelvic floor electrical stimulation and biofeedback treating uterine prolapse with weakness of qi and blood.Methods All of 132 patients with uterine prolapse with weakness of qi and blood admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were selected and they were divided into group A(n=66)and group B(n=66)according to the system randomization method.Group A was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,and group B was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with pelvic floor electrical stimulation and biofeedback.The clinical effect,the pelvic floor muscles function and the improvement of urinary incontinence before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of group B(89.39%)was significantly higher than that of group B(72.73%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the dynamic vaginal pressure and vaginal contraction EMG of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the duration of vaginal contraction was longer than that before treatment,and the above indexes of group B were significantly better than those of group A (P＜0.05).The improvement rate of urinary incontinence in group B(71.21%)was significantly higher than that in group A(48.48%)(P＜0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with pelvic floor electrical stimulation and biofeedback have a good clinical effect on uterine prolapse with weakness of qi and blood,which can effectively improve the pelvic floor muscle function and improve urinary incontinence in patients.
